Open Question: should i transfer to another school?

I am attending a university majoring in Electrical engineering, and this school isn't on the map really for engineering and i am nervious that i am recieving a good education thorugh this school, i've looked at the university of washington, university of texas at austin and other schools that have good engineering programs, but it's so expensive. this school i am at now is very cheap. I'm going to go to graduate school for sure, but should i change shools, or does it really matter? All of the instructurs have phds and they are small classes at my current school.
